Furthermore, it provides the User with information on the menu, its compositions, allergens present in our products, and the locations of our physical customer service points. The User can also ask questions, make suggestions, submit complaints, and access the websites of our partners offering order, delivery, and scheduling services. The User may also apply for vacancies or submit spontaneous applications, among other future functionalities that may arise.
1.2 ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., strives to ensure the information on the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website is accurate and true, although errors may occasionally occur.
2. WHO IS THE ZÉ DOS FRANGOS WEBSITE FOR?
The ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website is intended for all consumers and users in mainland Portugal who wish to place orders, obtain information about our products and services, or contact our company.
3. HOW DOES THE "CONTACTS" PAGE AND THE "TALK TO US" FUNCTION WORK?

4. USER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The User agrees not to use the website for purposes other than those intended, particularly illegal purposes.
4.2 The User acknowledges that the text, graphics, and code contained on the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website are the exclusive property of ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and/or its associates. These registered trademarks are used to distinguish the quality of Zé dos Frangos' products and/or services. These registered trademarks and their ownership are protected by applicable laws and cannot be copied or used without the written authorization of ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. and/or the commercial partners listed on the Website.
9.3 The User is not authorized to: a) Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
b) Reproduce, modify, create derivative works, destroy, license, rent, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, or otherwise exploit the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website except as expressly permitted by ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.;
c) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website, except as permitted by applicable law;

TELEPHONE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware of the parameters we set when you contact us by telephone.
1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS AND FRAMEWORK OF THE TELEPHONE SERVICE
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of the TELEPHONE SERVICE define the parameters governing telephone contact between the User and ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. and/or its employees at publicly accessible locations, hereinafter referred to as "Service Points" or "Service Points."
1.2 ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of the Telephone Service whenever necessary, without requiring prior notice. When contacting the Service Point, the User will be informed to consult these Terms and Conditions and confirm their agreement. Any modifications will be published on the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website on the appropriate page.
1.3 The TELEPHONE SERVICE operates weekly from Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 5:30 PM to 9:45 PM, being unavailable outside these hours, except in rare cases defined by ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA.
1.4 Telephone contact made using the means provided by ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of the Telephone Service.
2. WHO THE TELEPHONE SERVICE IS INTENDED FOR
The Service Points open to the public, operated by ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL, LDA., commercially known as ZÉ DOS FRANGOS, provide a telephone service where the User can contact the Service Point directly and speak with one of the employees. This service was created with the purpose of allowing the User to:
a) Place an order for food products for collection in-store during a time slot agreed upon between the User and the operator of ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. (Refer to point 5 of these Terms and Conditions to understand how this service operates);
b) Enquire about products and services that are or may become available at that Service Point;
c) Receive instructions or information about the locations where this service is provided (such as payment methods, accessibility, opening hours, etc.).
3. HOW THE TELEPHONE SERVICE WORKS
3.1 ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. publicly provides a fixed telephone line, through communication at the Service Points, issued invoices, Google My Business, among others, which connects the User to each Service Point. This line is connected to an "IVR" system (Interactive Voice Response) that answers the call and provides the first communication with the User, sharing important information deemed relevant by ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. and the next steps to follow.
3.2 After this initial contact, the User is placed in a virtual queue and then directed to one of the phones at the Service Point.
3.3 Once the employee answers the call, they will introduce themselves and ask the User about the reason for the contact. Each Service Point has a form covering frequently asked questions and general matters, which the employee will follow to respond as concisely as possible. If the User's query is not covered by this form, the employee should advise the User to email their question to Ilustrentrega@gmail.com or use the contact form on the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website. Alternatively, if available, the call may be transferred to the Service Point Manager, who will determine the best way to address the User's question.
3.4 In common scenarios, where ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. strongly invests, such as food product orders for collection at the Service Point, the employee is instructed to ask about (without being obliged to follow the order listed in these terms):
a) The items, quantities, and any specifications;
b) The name of the User placing the order and/or whether the items should be reserved under a third party’s name for easier collection at the Service Point;
c) The time slot for collecting the prepared items and confirming with the User if logistical availability exists for preparation and collection during that period.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 The User agrees not to use the TELEPHONE SERVICE for purposes other than those intended, particularly for illicit purposes.
4.2 The User acknowledges that the telephone numbers of each Service Point are the exclusive property of ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and/or its affiliates. These telephone numbers may not be copied, distributed, used for advertising, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written consent from ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.
4.3 The User also agrees not to:
a) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the TELEPHONE SERVICE;
b) Impersonate another person;
c) Interrupt or interfere with the TELEPHONE SERVICE and its content or its operation and availability (for example, by transmitting any information or software that contains viruses, trojans, adware, malware, spiders, bots, or any other disabling device or harmful component, as well as participating in denial-of-service attacks);
d) Transmit any illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, threatening, offensive, violent, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content, including any transmissions that constitute or encourage conduct that could result in criminal liability, civil liability, or violate any relevant laws;
e) Transmit any information that invades privacy or violates or infringes on the rights of others (including intellectual property rights such as copyright);
f) Transmit any information that ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., considers sensitive, including (but not limited to) any information about the User or another person concerning medical or health conditions, financial information (including bank account or credit card numbers), sexual orientation, political opinions, religious beliefs, or any other sensitive matters;
g) Transmit any unsolicited advertising, commercial solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communications (including engaging in spam or flooding operations);
h) Transmit any data or software that cannot be exported without prior written authorization, including (but not limited to) encryption software;
i) Contact the TELEPHONE SERVICE using an anonymous or unidentifiable telephone number.
4.4 The User further guarantees the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the information they provide. If the submitted information is found to be false, incomplete, or outdated, ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and its affiliates may deny the User access to the TELEPHONE SERVICE and/or specific features of this service.
4.5 The User is responsible for obtaining the necessary telecommunications network access to use the TELEPHONE SERVICE. Applicable telecommunication network charges and fees may apply, and the User is responsible for paying these charges. The User is also responsible for acquiring and updating the equipment or devices needed to access and use the TELEPHONE SERVICE and any updates to it. Services may be subject to failures and delays inherent in the use of the internet and telecommunications services provided by operators. ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL LDA. makes no guarantees regarding the operation of the TELEPHONE SERVICE.
4.6 The User agrees to notify ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use or security breach concerning the TELEPHONE SERVICE.
5. PARTICULAR CONDITIONS FOR FOOD ORDER BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. LIABILITY
5.1 ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. provides the User with a service through the TELEPHONE SERVICE to schedule and/or reserve food products, reserving a period or time slot for collection. This service is governed by the following terms:
a) The service does not require advance payment (prepayment);
b) In this service, ILUSTENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA., only guarantees the reservation of items by stocking the portion of the “Grelhados no Carvão” Menu, namely:
b.1) Chicken / Half Chicken;
b.2) Interspersed;
b.3) Entrecote;
b.4) Half Portion of Lizards;
b.5) Roast rabbit;
b.6) Turkey skewers;
b.7) Tuscan Sausage.
c) All other items on the menu that are not mentioned cannot be guaranteed at the time of ordering and are subject to stock-outs upon the User's arrival at the Service Point within the agreed period;
d) All appointments/reservations are made based on the availability of the Service Point and where the Employee at the time of contact indicates these availability;
e) The Time Windows are pre-defined by ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA., as follows:
e.1) Every 15 minutes from the opening of the Service Point until its closing;
e.2) These time windows may be adjusted at any time considering various factors inherent in serving the public, such as preparation times, number of Customers to be served simultaneously and kitchen capacity at the Service Point;
f) The time windows are not contractual, and there may be some variations in relation to the time window initially agreed upon when collecting the order at the Service Point, with the User having to take into account several factors at the time of booking/scheduling, such as :
f.1) The use of charcoal in the manufacture of food products requires enormous effort and mastery on the part of Employees, being influenced by factors such as ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, air humidity and even the absolutely uncontrollable quality of the charcoal. All of these previous points influence preparation times and consequently define the speed with which each product is ready for consumption;
f.2) The space or limitations thereof at each Service Point and the number of Cash Registers in operation at the time of product collection, directly influencing the time from the User announcing their arrival (check-in) until the moment they is called by the Employee to make his account and payment (check-out);
f.3) The number / quantity of passing Customers (Customers without appointments waiting for food products to be prepared).
g) ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LTDA., guarantees the reservation of items up to 30 minutes after the time agreed between the User and the Service Point Employee, after this period the reservation/scheduling will be void and the User may be required to redo the your order at the counter at that Point and wait the time strictly necessary for the requested products to be made.
5.2 At the time the User requests this underlying service, the existence of a verbal commitment is assumed between the User and the Point of Service Employee regarding the collection of scheduling/reservation of food products previously ordered by the User through the PHONE SERVICE. When the User does not collect his order or show any type of expression of interest in its collection until the closing time of the Service Point, ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA. assumes that there was a breach of this commitment, resulting in losses for the Company in terms of the reservation of food products that are naturally unavailable for subsequent sale (since the food products are personalized according to the User's request). In this aforementioned situation, ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LTDA. understands that it must penalize the User for breaking the commitment, such as:
a) Temporarily or permanently restrict the User from accessing this service;
b) Block the User's telephone contact at the Service Point on a temporary or permanent basis in order to avoid future losses.
6. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ILLUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.
5.1 In accordance with the regulations of the law, ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., is not responsible for any explicit guarantee regarding any matter relating to this TELEPHONE SERVICE, and is not legally responsible for any damage caused by its use (such as viruses, failures in contact, failure to provide assistance by an Employee or incorrect interpretations of the “IVR” system).
6.2 ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., may occasionally modify the information, services, resources and telephone numbering of its TELEPHONE SERVICE, and reserves the right to make changes without any obligation to notify previous, current or prospective Users.
6.3 ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and its managers cannot be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental or consecutive damages arising from any use of the information contained in these terms.6.4 Nestes contactos telefónicos a ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL LDA., não detém nem aprova nenhum mecanismo de pagamento á distância, pelo que, em nenhum momento, permite que se faça uma transação monetária por telefone com o Colaborador.
7. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION AND COMPLAINTS
7.1 Any request for information or complaints regarding ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL LDA., and/or the TELEPHONE SERVICE should be directed to the functionality of the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website, Contact Us or to the email: ilustrentrega@gmail.com or to the head office address from ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.: Largo António Duarte Sacavém, nº3, 1685-562 CANEÇAS.
7.2 In accordance with national legislation, there is also a direct link to the ELECTRONIC COMPLAINTS BOOK at all service points and on the ZÉ DOS FRANGOS Website, where the User can send their complaint to the competent regulatory body.
8. CHANGING, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF PHONE SERVICE
If any illegal, fraudulent activity or any external factor occurs, beyond the control of ILUSTRENTREGA UNIPESSOAL, LDA., which affects the proper functioning of the TELEPHONE SERVICE, ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. reserves the right to change, shorten , suspend or cancel said service. In these circumstances, Users will not be entitled to any type of compensation or explanation.
9. RIGHTS AND LICENSE OF USE
9.1 Subject to the User's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., offers the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, revocable and non-transferable license to:
a) Personal and non-commercial use;
b)Access and use the TELEPHONE SERVICE on your personal equipment, only for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 The User is not authorized to:
a) Reproduce, modify, make derivative works of, destroy, license, rent, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display or perform, transmit, reproduce, broadcast, or otherwise operate the TELEPHONE SERVICE, except to the extent expressly permitted by ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.;
b) Decompile, use, reverse engineer or disassemble the TELEPHONE SERVICE, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
c) Create or launch any programs or scripts to capture, index, collect or otherwise extract data from any part of the TELEPHONE SERVICE, or unduly burden or disable the operation and/or functionality of the “IVR” system;
d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or harm any aspect of the TELEPHONE SERVICE or its respective systems or networks.
10. PERSONAL DATA
We collect and use some personal information and data temporarily and exclusively for the purpose for which they are intended in these terms, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the way in which ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and its other associates collects and uses the User's data, please do not use our TELEPHONE SERVICE.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1 The User may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.
11.2 These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between ILUSTRENTREGA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., and the User.
11.3 Any situation that is not present in the TELEPHONE SERVICE Terms and Conditions will be treated in accordance with national legislation.
12. DISPUTES
